A lot of people don't make a facebook or myspace profile to avoid having their images online.

In certain professions, it is frowned upon.

As long as it's nothing bad, I don't mind. People freak out about they're kid's pics being online. If they really don't want them online, they better hope the kids don't ever do anything outstanding, or they will end up online on the local news website. Oh, and make sure they cover their faces in public at all times.

People that should be worried are the ones that post drunk pics or smoking weed. That's just asking for trouble if a potential employer is looking at social networking sites.
