You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

My samsung propel pro camera is set to record videos as Mp4, yet, when I transfer them to my computer, the sumbitches are .3gp. Why, why, why?

If you plug your phone into your computer and browse to the folder with the movies, are the 3gp there? 3gp is the mobile standard for videos for stuff like mms.

Its more complicated then just the "file name" most are just "containers" for a video file.

You should check the wiki page for it, it is a version of mp4.
