Smoked Dove

Killed 11 birds Saturday and Sunday, marinaded them overnight and smoked them on Monday. Doesn't get any more fresh than that!

I'd love to tell you that was my ratio but I probably went through 5 boxes- so that's about 11-1 ratio. I hadn't been in a while so I'm going to blame it on bad eyes!

I hate NY ... stupid Song Bird Classification! We wrap them in bacon and grill them as well ... Outstanding!
