I found this app on my iPhone that guides you from couch potato stage to running 5K in 9 weeks. It combines walking and running in varying proportions every day leading up to eventually running the entire 5K in about 30 minutes.
Any one ever tried such a program? I realize it is kinda gimmicky, but maybe it is just what I need to get off my ass.

Sounds like something I need. Wait, I need an iPhone. Never mind.

The writer of that app is a buddy of mine and he gave me a demo if it a while back. It is very cool, but I haven't tried it out.

Wow. You're friends with an Asian. Is that supposed to impress me? Lucius Kwok? What's the deal with that? Was "Rufus Chang" already taken.
Bah.

that's what they went with? much gayer than anything anyone here came up with. which, i guess, is a good thing for them.
