what about fake dominicans?
i like to use the quick and easy marinade, 1/3 oil, 1/3 soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, little lemon juice, lil salt, some diced garlic. 1/3 cup water. broil till meat is white (about 10 min / side) i use a foreman so it is a little faster
and yeah, ferdinand is right, apple sauce is perfet side. with a nice salad
it is easy and never fails

i fry them in butter and garlic for about ten minutes a side, then put them in the oven almost totally submerged in pork gravy for about 45 minutes at 350. i enjoy them that way

When my wife cooks them, she uses this amazing, spicy rub and then cooks them on the cast iron grille pan. they're fantastic.

If you're cooking them with a high heat, just don't over cook them. How thick are they?
Pork chops suck.
Most overrated food ever.

Pork chops, or babies?
a common source of confusion - three minutes vs three minutes after it stops crying

put your oven on 350
put olive oil in a small bowl, FINELY chop 5-6 cloves of garlic, put it in the oil with like 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh sage and the same amount of rosemary. you can use the dried shit if you hate your family. also put in a table spoon of sea salt and mash it all together.
rub that on the chops, get a stainless steel pan with some sides on it get it nice and hot. put the chops in for like 3 mins on each side so they get browned. transfer them into something to finish them in the oven for 15 mins
while the chops are in the over, put some shallots in the pan. let them sit for a couple mins then deglaze with like 1/2 cup of white wine
after it reduces put in like 3/4 -1 cup of chicken broth. let that reduce in half, put in a tablespoon of good basalmic vinegar and 3/4 cup of calamata olives cut in half. the olives are the key here.
and when the chops are done put them in back into the sauce.

I''m 50% Jewish/Catholic (Italian), plus married to a catholic wife
you know what I'll stop with the excuses, I love PORK, no religion will ever tell me what I can and can not eat......
If the Jews decide that you are forced to leave if you eat pork, bye bye Judaism
maybe then I wont have reindeer shit on my roof while Santa visits the catholic kids
The pork chop entree they served for lunch today was quite good: lightly breaded and baked.
