When I was a kid, I would collect them and hang them on my wall.
I wasn't crazy about it like the image above, but i did have some.
But it occurred to me the other day that you don't really see them anymore. I bought one for my sone from the HOF, and I was musing about tit as I hung this one up on his wall. Kids today don't really collect them anymore. I'm not sure if it's a function of kids not being into baseball much anymore, as mr. bennington has mentioned before or simply that trend itself has kind of died out.
Did anyone else collect these? especially the older world series pennants. I loved those.

I've got a Mets 1969 World Series Champs pennant hanging up in my office.
I had this EXACT pennant hanging on my wall as a kid in the 70's -

My dad was a Jets season ticket holder and would drag me to the games with him to freeze my nuts off in Shea Stadium. He'd buy me the banner of the visiting team to remember which games I saw, so I had way more NFL pennants than baseball ones.

I used to work for a sports memorabilia distributor. We used to sell a LOT of pennant protectors/holders. We'd go thru three to four hundred within a month, so someone is using them.

When cleaning out my parents' house, I found a stack of mini pennants from the 80s. I'll give them to my nephews, but they won't know the fun of collecting them themselves.

I have a few of them I found recently. I would go to games with my father and get a penant of the opposing team like Gvac. Then in the top corner I would write the score and date of the game. I had an Islanders hat and every game I'd get the pin of the opposing team. Lost it though.

When I was a kid I used to have pennants from sports teams, but I also had them from tourist destinations (e.g., Sea World).

I was musing about tit
I muse about tits all the time!
I've thought the same thing recently. I never collected one sport but in our old garage my mom had the walls covered in them in all sports teams, colleges and vacation spots we'd visited. I never see them anymore now.
