I just had a toasted fiber one light english muffin with a microwaved egg. The mrs buys them - not bad at all... Usually everything but thomases english muffins blows. Even the light ones from thomases suck - they don't open.

they do open, toast them once complete on the outside then they open easily, not even a fork needed.

I wish they made them as big as a pizza, that would be awesome.

I hate to deter the subject off of tasty English muffins, but I have a small question...
Does anybody record the show, early in the morning (1am EDT)? Lately, it seem like I'm missing the first few minutes (anywhere from 5-10).
Is this me, or does the replay run late?
We all know how important the beginning of the show is, and I hate missing it.
Thanks, and to stay on topic, I appreciate pineapple jelly on my English muffins...

this is timely for me
i had an english muffin this morning
for the first time in years
i toasted the two halves
and put about a tablespoon
of butter on each
and topped each with 3 strips
of crunchy bacon
broken in half
to fit nicely
it was so good
i will repeat it for lunch
in about 20 minutes

you need to get the oversized muffin, because they shrink a bit in the toaster
