I don't understand how these unfunny bits even make it past the initial proposal. This show has become an embarassment to NBC.

Everytime there seems to be a perfect host, like Jack Black, the show always disappoints.

I stopped watching that show years ago. When the likes of Sandler, Farley, Spade and that cast left...so did I.

SNL is simply not funny. The skits are long, drawn out and boring with no laugh in them. You can hear the audience sighing. You have to wonder how they think it's funny. Like last week with Hartnett they had the "shout out" show, you got the joke int he first 45 seconds, and it just ran for 10 minutes!

i mean i watch it weekly but the only worthwhile thing on the show is the Smigel cartoon. The Smigel Cartoons are so great that I consider them Independent of SNL.

the news segment has always carried the show. The only thing I like about the show now, is actually when Jim Brewer(sp) talks about his time on the show when he visits O and A.

Tina Fey is one of the hottst women on tv right now.

I tuned past SNL last night and I saw Chris Kattan and Jack Black tongueing each other. Yeah, that's some comedy gold right there.

the only good thing that snl has right now is the weekend update. i think jimmy fallon and tina fey are great for this segment. will ferrel is also funny as hell in most segments.

Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon are the only good cast members on SNL. Unfortunatly 2 people can't carry a show like SNL and that's why I don't watch anymore.

Also hot and proven talented and funny is Amy Poehler. She's in a lot of the skits but the skits all suck.

As for guys, Ferrell and Fallon are funny. Sanz and Morgan can be funny but are underused.

AND TV FUNHOUSE is the only reason to watch the show. screw weekend update. It's The Ex-presidents, The Narrator Who Ruined Christmas, is pure genius.

The best thing about SNL is the ENCORE PRESENTATION they play following the LIVE on at 1 AM...or the reruns on Comedy Central.
