You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

It looks like XM/sirius' own Bob Dylan will be adding his voice to those giving directions for satellite navigation systems. (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/music/bob-dylan/6082578/Bob-Dylan-to-become-the-voice-of-your-satnav.html)
