I think it would be extremely difficult to put romantic feelings aside. Depends on the person.

Me and this one girl tell each other I love u...but I want more and she's in a weird situation so I dunno if its possible cuz I really want more and she might be perfectly fine loving me as a friend.....sucks

But is seems that you are not perfectly fine with it. Go for it Chris. Tell her, if you haven't. If you have and she has said "no," try to deal with it. Sometimes having a good friend is more important than a lover.

I have two very close female friends. I love them more than they could possibly imagine.

I'm not "in love" with either of them, though, so I say the answer is yes.
