How Diverse Are Your Friends?

I'm talking about close friends here; the people you hang out with the most and count among your most trusted confidants.

Are they mostly from the same ethnic and/or religious background as yourself or does it look like a United Nations meeting when you hang out?

I pretty much hang out with white Catholics. One friend is half Cuban, but there's nothing culturally Latino about him whatsoever.

It's a god-damned potpourri. I have lots of black friends, lots of white friends, Latino friends, Jewish, Muslim, Asian, Indian and African. Most are non practicing in their respective religions, although other are devout. Some are protestant, Islamic, Hindu, Catholic, Buddhist(not religion but whatever), Rasta (not religion again but whatever).

My friends are VERY diverse.

I have white friends that live in NY, North Carolina, Denver, LA, San Fran, Oregon, Washington and Montana.

I am friends with a Jew in Virginia, married someone half hispanic, and my best man is a democrat.

actually i knew many people from many backgrounds in high school, but since then it's been all-white. i've worked with a few black folks, but they weren't really friends.

My close friends from my past are pretty much all white protestants (But that was in Indiana) Since school (I joined the most diverse fraternity, which was also one of the smallest) my exposure and my friend base has changed quite a bit.
