One Dead Fred

I just moved.
Geographically, not a far move. Bushwick Brooklyn, to Financial district in Manhattan. About the same amount of space. Almost twice the rent. 7th fl. floor-thru with windows all over compared to the one big window on the 1st floor looking out at a cinderblock wall in the last place. I have the same stuff in a different place. It's really cool here, but I don't feel like it's home yet. It took about 3 years for me to call Bushwick home. The place before that took about 5 years. Is there some way to make a new place feel like home quicker?
