I just realized that I do not own a camera of any kind, except for my shitty cell camera. I probably haven't had one in about 2 years. My old one got thrown in the Atlantic during a bachelor party and I never replaced it and I honestly never think of it. I feel like a psycho though because cameras are so cheap and common now that I think I am the only person who doesnt have one. I never have any desire to take pictures, either. so I don't think I am going to get one. I have no problems with other people taking pictures but I just try to enjoy the moment. Is there anything that everybody seems to have except you?

I realized when I was going to boil lobsters over the weekend that I didn't own tongs to pull them out of the pot.

I have some now.

When I was struggling to open a can of beans with my shitty hand can opener this weekend, it occured to me that I don't own an electric can opener.

I have no idea why, you can get one at Wal-Mart for like $6. I just don't.

virtually none. but if i'm going to open the occassional can of tuna or stewed (or peeled) tomatoes, i'm going to do it in style.

People don't clean electric can openers enough.

BTW.. I only recently got one of those can openers that you use to open cans with liquid. I'd struggle with any sharp implement I could find, rather than spend 50 cents on one.

I do not like electric can openers, they get dirty and are hard to clean. Unless you are a fancy man like Sailor and buy a new one every week.

I don't own an iPod.

the dvr is such a great invention and worth every penny. you'd never realise how many lines you didn't understand and just shrugged off until you had the opportunity to rewind.

DVR -- greater than penicillin.

With kids I almost never get to watch television live. When I get the chance ti watch, there's always something I want to see waiting for me.

Ditto, and I only have broadcast TV and rarely turn it on unless playing Wii or the occasional movie. I mostly watch stuff on the computer.

I don't own a video camera of any kind. My old phone used to shoot really crappy video, but I don't have it anymore. I'd feel like I was missing out if I actually did anything worth filming.

Honest Injun, I have lived for almost 15 years without a TV. I had cable service for just the computer. I gave in maybe a year ago and got the triple play from Optimum and finally got a TV in here. I watch it maybe once every few months.
I would not own an electric can opener, because they are filthy. I have a Swing Away that I have had for decades and it works perfect and is spotless. 4 months ago I got an iPod Nano, and liked it so much I went and got the Touch, and now keep a Blackberry Bold on one hip and an iPod touch in my pocket.

Our microwave broke a year and a half ago and we havn't replaced it and I havn't missed it for one second. The only adjustment is that now we pop our popcorn over the stove in one of those popcorn bags from Scream.

My gf will only eat popcorn that is popped out of a small pot that she only uses for popcorn. Other than being a little old and beat up it's like any other pot.

Love my blender but with my food processor it gets used less. I do not have a spice rack, hate those damn things especially the ones that are only for decoration.

mine was broken for a while and I was actually fine without it, then I plugged it back in the other day to see and it worked and have been using it again since... guess it's easier for warming up leftover food portions when you have a kiddo

I don't have an electric can opener, but I do have a can opener that removes the entire lid from the can without leaving sharp edges. I love it.

As of right now everybody (except sailor) will be leaving the .net X-Mas party with an electric can opener.

But I got a kick ass record collection.
