I'm looking to do a master reset on my phone. I have all my data backed up, but don't see an option to do a reset.

Anyone know how?

I had it done at the Sprint Store last week, along with having my Media Card replaced.
Unless you absolutely have to do it,I don't recommend it. I still don't have all my apps working the way they were before.

So this isn't something I can do myself? I need a sales person to do?

I'm sure you can do it yourself, but I a service contract and the a Sprint Store near me.

This way if something goes wrong I have someone to be mad at.

Are you trying to clear it to sell it or just reinstall the software.

I think there's a new curve update out or coming out pretty soon.

Well my phone has been running really slow sometimes. I clear my emails and txts often, internet history and cache, aswell as the logs using the hold alt and pressing l+g 3 times.

I just want to whipe it clean and upload my contacts and start fresh

That happened to me with 3rd party apps. Beware, they can sometimes hog a lot of system resources for some reason, and my phone actually got hot to the touch! Now I am very wary of that stuff. Do what I did: Get a iPod Touch and use it alongside your Blackberry and have the best of both worlds!
