Mike Seeger, one of the most important figures of the American Folk Revival, has died at his home in Lexington, VA, USA.

Its funny, I was gonna go see Mike in concert this summer near woodstock, but decided not to. I said 'oh, I'll see him next time he plays a little closer." Now i have to wait till I am dead, or shrooming

i didn't even know he was sick...or who he was.
i guess god needed a guy i never heard of in heaven.
