The Goods..."Used Cars" rip off??

I saw an ad the last week or so for that movie "The Goods" with Jeremy Piven. It looks A) like a giant piece of crap, but more importantly B)it looks like a rip off of the classic comedy "Used Cars." The pot to this move looks suspiciously like the one for Used Cars...Used car lot across from Big Dealership. Used car lot going to be bought out by big dealership. Used car lot does gimmicks to get people to their lot...Hmmmmm
