I have lost only 4 lbs.
I have been eating SO good. Working out like a mother fucker.
Nothing.
No real results.
I am so discouraged that all I want to do is make a fucking gigantic pizza and eat it alone in the dark.
Venting here.

I hate being the guy that says this, but it is true.
Are you eating small meals 6 times day?
It really does work.
Sorry for the douche answer.

Make a gigantic Pizza, put it on the floor and do the twist on it. Video tape it as a response video of the magic mug.

It's going to take some time. Your body has been through alot.
Pehaps it is OK to go get a banana split tonight if you promise yourself to get back on the program in the morning. And stick with it.
Just an opinion from my skinny Irish ass. But an occasional reward for past hard work doesn't sound like a crime.

Weight Watcher program reccomends that you reward your self from time to time whether you gain or lose. It makes you feel normal. If you don't feel normal and start feeling trapped, that is when the worst of the worst food goes down the gullet.

Losing weight is no picnic. What really helped me was avoiding white carbs. A lot of people think its hack now, but I had great success avoiding carbs and doing cardio 4 or 5 times a week. I gained about half the weight back, but still kept off about 25lbs. Good luck to you.

1-2 lbs per week is considered a healthy weight loss, so you're actually doing quite well.
As someone on Weight Watchers, I can relate. In fact, on Wednesday I did pig out on some pizza (mainly because I had 42 "splurge" points to burn before midnight). But I've been balancing it out with salads without dressing and lots of water most of this week.

Yeah, I am a weird eater.
I eat once a day normally. Which is prob why I am having a hard time with this.
I am trying to eat lil more evenly through the day.... but it's just not something I think about.
I just made a whole wheat pizza and used real cheese.
TAKE THAT DIET! REAAAAAAAAL CHEEEEEEEEESE!
After that I would like to top it off with a Cappuccino Blast from Baskin Robbins, but instead I will make tea. :(

If your only eating once per day. You are not onlu starving yourself you are ruining your metabolism.
By eating once a day your body thinks its starving and will hold onto any calories your body gives it and will convert it into fat. As fat is what your body keeps for sustained energy. It will burn muscle for its immediate energy and store fat.
Also. If your exersising and not eating enough calories through the day to support normal caloric expendatures plus the exersise expendatures your body will go into a very big negative caloric intake and will start burning muscle for energy. Hence weight loss.
You don't want to lose any muscle. You want to build muscle as muscle uses fat for energy.
Try eating 5-6 small meals a day. 3 meals 3 snacks spaced 2-3 hours apart.
Eat whole grain, fruits, Lean proteins, and lots of veggies.
Make sure your eating enough calories to support what you are doing.
If losing weight is your goal a very easy way to figure out a guesstimate caloric intake for you would be.
10-12 x your body weight
This will give you a rough idea of how many calories to take in to lose weight safely
1-2 lbs per week is great and safe. Also it can be achieved for weeks at a time instead of a super crash diet.
Hope this kinda makes sense.

What you could do is get a whey protein powder (whey protein ISOLATE so you avoid the cholesterol) and start a strength training workout regimen. You can do a day of cardio a week, but you want to be lifting 3 or more times a week.
For best results, you could workout early morning. That way you can wake up and have a bowl of cereal (quick energy), then hit the gym. 30 minutes after your workout you drink your protein shake. It keeps your body out of that catabolic shock while tricking your body into thinking it is having a meal (the protein breakdown in the intestines sparks a reaction that tells your brain that your appetite is sated.) You know better than that though so this is just a way to get your metabolism rolling. You should still eat. I recommend lots of chicken/turkey/fish with veggies and produce (yams, dasheen, green bananas, plantains). One of those meals for lunch, and one for dinner. Fruits in between are also acceptable. You also want to have a protein shake before bed.
You should cut out soda and non fruit juices. It sounds like a commitment but after a week it becomes nature.
Oh and before I forget. NO JUNK FOOD!!!!!! (not until you get into that shape where your metabolism is going at a healthy pace, but even then you should have junk food sparingly.)

Let that soak in, and when you're ready we can go over your options.
