Ron recently talked about how most commercials suck. What's a really bad commercial?

For me, the State Farm commercial where some douchebag finds a door in an alley......then we have to see him working on the door like he's Bob Vila.....he puts the door IN his apartment wherein his girl comes in and asks, "What's this?" To which he responds: "A promise- someday we'll get our own place." WHAT!?!?! How does polishing up a beaten-down door enable you to save up enough money for a house? If anything, it makes you look like Travis Bickle.

Kind of typically bad, but I have a special fontanel for its stupidity, especially given the target market and end user, because of what she says after "complete, balanced nutrition."

Really any of the replay commercials- I dont know what they're not doing, or what mic they're not using that other people are but they're all so tinny and hard to listen to.




The new Miracle Whip campaign is pretty bad. It would have you believe that Miracle Whip is the sandwich spread for the brash, young, noncomformist.

i hate that commercial, also whos house are they living in? it doesnt seem like theyre living with anyone else to me... i would be pissed if i had some renters sitting a door in my living room.

And one of the most misleading. Their service isn't "free", because you have to sign up for their service to get your reports, which requires a monthly free.

In reality, the government will give you the reports for free - really, with no charge at all.
