i have a neighbor who is 105
and still going strong
she told me today that both
her parents lived well into their 90's
i asked when her father was born
and she said 1863
i don't know why but that floored me
my neighbor's father was born 146 years ago
i love really old people
any very old people in your life?

My grandfather was born in 1894. Not quite the Civil War, but it was a long time ago. He's dead now, of course.
