Its the Philips DV5990/37 and it supports USB hard drives that are formatted in Fat32(which most thumbdrives are).
It also has upgraded firmware on it to make the menus easier and the support is a bit better.
Plays a lot of things. Most .Avi, as long as they are encoded in xvid.
You can also put Music CD in it along with a thumb drive in it and rip the music to the flashdrive.
also upconverts through HDMI

around 50+shipping obo. i bought it brand new for 60+ and used it for only an external hard drive. The firmware is upgraded making it easier to use.
If you would like pictures of it i can do that as well.
look brand new and has the entire packaging that came with it.
Ill even through some batteries in for the remote.

We prefer insulated boxes so the frigid temps don't destroy the goodies inside. Plus a durable box would be ideal too. Packages seem to get ruined when traveling by dog sled
