age doesn't matter any more than anything else... it's just another in a long list of factors that informs whether or not you are interested in someone. there are many, many good reasons not to like someone (and also, to like them, but i'm a glass half empty type)

Dating wise, I'd stick to women closer to my age, say between 27 and 33. That's not a rule of course, just a guideline.

Ive dated guys around my age and guys MUCH MUCH older than me, and I have to say that it depends on the person but since girls mature usually 2 yrs quicker then guys then the guy being 2 or 3 yrs older seems perfect to me. I usually date guys about 4 yrs older then me and never really have a maturity problem. It really depends on the people though.
