High School/College/Work Friends

From where do you know most of your friends? Are you closest friends the people you met in school, in college, or at work. Because of Facebook and AIM, I never had to lose touch with any of my friends from High School. At any time since graduating I could tell you what they are up to whatnot. Same is true for my sibling, my sis just graudated from college and is moving into a place with some high school friends who also graduated. Even though she made college friends, it seems like her closest connections were still with high school people. I probably have one real friend that I met at a job, no real college friends, and a handful of real high school friends. It seems like my parents pretty much lost their high school friends once they went to college and most of their college friends once they entered the work force. You just became friends with the people around. But I think technology makes it easier to keep friends you might only see once a year.

HS, my GF, best friend, and several acquaintances all come from HS. College was a competition, had a few friends, transfered and forgot about them. Work, only one friend but then I left and lost contact with her.

work i know a few people who I would hang out with if we didnt have to spend 8 hours together a day already

mostly college. any hs friends also were college friends. i don't have any real friends that i only know from work. i have very few friends because i don't take it lightly.

my two closest friends are from grammar school, and i have never made a friend with somebody i've worked with.

my closest friends of the moment though are the ppl i work with, and the new friends im made bc of .net/paltalk....WEIRD
