one of my radio crapped out and i have to swap my subscription to another radio I have.
I was hoping to just do it on the web site but only see where I can add a radio. Anyone ever do this without having to call cust service?
Thanks.

You have to call. I did it a few weeks ago after my XMP3 was replaced. It only took five minutes, not as bad as I was thinking.

I did it by calling in.
Maybe I'm the exception, but it was painless.

I just checked my bank statement and my XM bill was double. Assholes charged me $15 to switch radios. WTF is that, they never even mentioned it.
Sirius sucks unusually large Asian cock.

You should call back and bitch. I have switched a few times and never was charged. But that was before the Sirius blood suckers were involved.
Call them, and if they don't do anything tell them that you are going to take the radio and flush it down a toilet..and then go fuck their mothers, but that goes without saying.
Good luck.
