I don't know why this is, but for some reason this really irks me.

Don't get me wrong, I have laughed at quite a few of these (especially the Glen Campbell and Nick Nolte ones), but for some reason it just annoys me that someone in law enforcement is such a scumbag that they are more interested in getting a quick buck from those assholes at TMZ than they are in God forbid serving the public and protecting their rights like they've been sworn to do.

Heaven forbid someone doesn't get arrested and then is plastered all over the Internet.

I don't know how much in the public record the mug shots are. I know I wasn't allowed to get copies of mine even directly from the arresting officers
