Who produces the worst original movies?

I gotta' say Sci-Fi. The special effects are always shitty and the stories are almost always the same. How many different movies about a Bigfoot attacking college kids in the woods can you make? How can they produce such great shows like BSG and the Stargate series and have these movies that look like they were made using scenes out of a playstation one game?

At least Lifetime will have a movie from time to time with some good dirty plot line like naughty cheerleaders wrecking some hot cheerleader coach's life or something.

There are so many of them that you'd think there would be some cult of the awfulness surrounding them with anticipation of how bad the next one is going to be... but they're just not that good enough to be considered bad.

I say SyFy, it's not even close. They probably have roughly the same budgets, but SyFy movies have terrible special effects to pay for.

Another vote for SciFi, they make the worst and air the worst of what others have made.

War of the Worlds II with C. Thomas Howle and FRANKENFISH are beyond terrible.
