I didn't see a thread title for this story so I created one.

So essentially this guy is getting a tougher sentence, by 4 days, than Stallworth who was drunk and had marijuana in his system ( although maybe not high at the time of the accident ).

Sure he ran a stop sign and was reckless but is that on par w/ Stallworth did ?

Stallworth settled with the family for huge dollars and the family made the recommendation to the court. Bought himself right out of prison, and the family sold out.
