Aside from the statement from the publicist, obviously directed towards her among others, I'm sure the family has reasserted their intents to Debbie Rowe. However if she has any remaining maternal instinct at all, she'll contest custody. This is a frying pan into the fire situation.

The value of his estate et al is worth far more than his debt. Once everying is accounted for and sold and yadda-yadda-yadda his will is probably going to be dishing out around 200-300 million dollars.
