Fairytale of New York City
... first heard with a college acquaintance. Female. After meeting in a bar.
Then we fucked.
Then I went home.

I had had about a dozen Pogues songs over the years from various soundtracks and comps that I really loved so I downloaded a bunch of their early albums to see if I wanted to go buy them.
Nooooooooooooooo.
Not bad at all, but damn, outside of the scattered amazing songs I already had it's just the same shit over and over and over and over again. After one album I feel like I've been too long in some fake Oirish "pub" on St. Patrick's Day AKA Hell itself.

even though it was mentioned Fairytale of New York
was drinking pretty good one night, a little pissed that i hadn't heard from some chick in a while, passed out for a minute and woke to her calling me about three times in a row. Kinda weird so I always have a little chuckle thinking about that
