Worst injury to watch

There are tons of things that can make you queasy or make you do that squinty eyes thing so you don't have to watch it.

For me, I hate anything joint related. Having dislocated both shoulders multiple times resulting in a reconstructive surgery on my left shoulder and having dislocated my left knee (MCL and ACL damage to boot), these are the worst for me. Happening to me is different than watching it happen to others.

I don't even like watching certain television scenes or movies where the implied result is something close to that.

I have no problem watching other types of injuries. I've even watched a friend as he broke his leg.

This was the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title.

I hate seeing someone sprain or twist their ankle. Its definitely not the most painful, but with my history of ankle injuries, it makes me cringe everytime I see it.

My knee blowout was sick and was at the focus of the play. So the next Monday during films my coach rewound and played it over and over. Everyone was disgusted, even me because I knew how fucked I was.

The worst for me was a 9 year old girl who was jumping on the bed with her sister. We were called out, arrived at this home, and found the girl who had her leg pinned in between the bed and the wall with an obvious femur fracture. I had to climb under the bed and hold traction on her leg while her mother and my driver moved the bed away from the wall. Poor girl was in shock, I mad the call to splint in place. Rounded up pillows from around the house I made a splint out of them and 3" tape. We get to the ER and the doc started to cut the tape without anyone holding traction. The leg sprung and the broken femur pierced the artery and skin causing a mess. They did a cut down pinching it off and rushed her to surgery.

I so felt for her, ouch.
