What the fuck are they doing with all these special guest stars?

I watch this shit for the fake family dynamics not the guest stars.

On Run's House, Kid Rock is coming over for a sleepover?????

The last few weeks on Jon &Kate, They had Emeril over to cook. Then the following week, Orange County Choppers stopped by??????

I know they are scripted but this is too too lame and nonsensical.
