I guess I've been sleeping on it weird the last few days, but today it's really bad. Never really had this problem before, what should I do?

a hot shower and let the water hit it. Or get a female caller to massage it for you. Also try sleeping without a pillow. It sucks, but it works for me.

Take a few Advil's and try not to move it too much and put some heat on it. You can get pretty cheap heating pads at Walgreens, CVS, etc. You need loosen it up. Feel Better!

Mark and Olly were always challenged while with the Meck tribe. (http://www.travelchannel.com/TV_Shows/Mark_and_Olly) The Meck tribe would make fun of them when they would show that they were in pain, and called "pain" a big pussy thing. I forget how they stated it in the Meck foreign tongue though.

Regardless, it is a pretty good show.
