Just got my hands on this.

From a 311 fan (back in the day), all I could say was....

WTF IS THIS?

So not worth the wait. Then again, nothing has held up as good as Grassroots or Music.

Can't stress enough how they are in their 20's anymore, it's different, but a good different. If they pumped out 6 grassroots albums in a row people would be bitching each album sounds just like the last (ala Green Day). Love me some 311, new or old.

they have obviously matured over the years, and its glad to see that they are still around.

i just dont like it. if i did, it would already be in my amazon cart.

I got on the Deluxe versions DVD, in the flashback video footage for Memphis 2006! I'm in the shot at the 311 Fan Party, right after it pans down from the 311 Song-title named shots.

Anywho, I have come not to expect 311 music, grassroots, or self-titled anymore. They are into upbeat jammin' with occasional hard music. I think some of the songs are good, some of them are softcore and somewhat appeal to me. Overall I'm ok with the album.

They still put on a hell of a show though.

Did they get all soft/pop or go the electronic/experimental route? I kind of gave up on them after "From Chaos."
