laptops are nice, i iwsh i would have bought one before.

and it has a remote.

my gf says its a bit heavy but i dont mind.

Wow, yours sounds a lot like the one I just received in the mail last Friday. Did you go for the HP that was on woot?

I love it, even though it is a bit heavier than my last one. I still haven't tried the remote, but hooking it up to my tv via HDMI is amazing.

HDD is 500gb. hard disk is a ST9500325AS with firmware 0002SPM1.
The average temperature for this hard disk is 38C (MIN=30C MAX=50C) and yours is 33C.

remote is cool but the ir is RIGHT in front by the jacks. i was trying to use it with the lappy on my and couldnt figure out why it wasnt working. but it worked

That's a real nice machine, very similar to the HP widescreen I have. You will be very satisfied with it.

Oh yea, just had a Thursday night show in Clifton. Playing the same club on the 14th. Still playing every Saturday and whatever club they'll let us in.
