You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Just watched the trailer. Comes out this November. Four new survivors, and new melee weapons including chainsaw, axe and baseball bat!!! I'm still madly in love with the first one, this makes me so freakin happy!!

Usually I give Valve the benefit of the doubt, but I still don't feel like I've got my $50 worth out of L4D. There's not enough weapons, maps, zombie types, or really anything else. What's got going for it is amazing director AI, but despite this the game gets repetitive because you're basically just fighting off the hoard over and over and over. Now they're putting out a glorified expansion pack less than a year later? Bah, they've spoiled me by giving me tons of content for free in TF2.

ooo, im excited. this is one of the few games that scares me from time to time. What a great fucking game.

No PC gamers out there?

Last night a group of 4 that I was in spent 2 and a half hours going through the swamp campaign on advanced realism. It was wonderful the whole way through. Took us 5 tries to beat the finale. When we finally survived long enough to make it to the boat I turned around to shoot behind us and was completely stomped by infected. Took one for the team, the other three guys all made it. Rescuing the gnome was another highlight, even on easy it took a long time.

I have sunk over 20 hours into this game..
