:clap: For over a year me, and about three neighbors have been calling the cops on a piece of shit white trash neighbor across the street. All OBVIOUS drug deals going down, all times of day. The woman has been in and out of jail. Calls to the landlord were greeted with a "fuck off". This shit dump is the black eye of the street.

So, I got word last week she was arrested AGAIN but this time they found crack, herion, pills, coke, and weed in the house. :clap: Not only are they evicted, they are also (investigators etc) going after the landlord because he apparently owns 7 houses that he rents out, and every single one of them is a drug dealing, white trash hell hole and he does nothing but look the other way.

Sooooo happy to have this bitch off my street, as I look out my window, the driveway is packed with everything they own and trying to pack it up.

It is great that you and your neighbors are taking action to keep the neighborhood clean.
When you have kids, it will become an even higher priority.
It really helps to get to know the officers in your neighborhood. If you are friendly with them, and something has to go to court, you are already one up on the skells.

That's the nice thing about this neighborhood. Everyone who lives here has lived here for 10 years+. We ALL know each other and what belongs, and doesn't belong in this area.

The problem getting rid of her has been (as an officer told us), they are soo strict state wise about stuff like this that they need 100% undeniable proof that there are drugs in the house, or actually catch the drug deal in the act before they can act on tips. It's a smaller town so they don't exactly have the man power to have someone sit and watch the house 24/7. We all had the officers cell and were instructed to just keep calling, and calling every time we saw something and "eventually they, or the person they sold it to will break and be caught". Which happened!

There was a person near where I live who video taped the drug house across the street from them then gave the tape to the cops which eventually led to the house getting raided and something like 25 arrests or so.

It's always great when people can help get dirtbags put away.

Sometimes it really does seem like the criminals have more rights than the law abiding citizens. I'm just glad this turned out OK before something bad happened, like an assault or a B&E.
