Has anybody watched this. It's a web series about about a guild of MMO players. I gotta say it's pretty good with some genuinely funny moments and clever writing. Check it out.

Watch The Guild (http://www.watchtheguild.com) The quality is better here but language is edited. Search for the vids on the Youtubes for the unedited versions (The Asian girl curses like a sailor) at the expense of the video quality.

It's free on Xbox live and I watched the whole first season but honestly
I don't get it. I'm guessing if you don't play WoW or the like the jokes are too inside or something.

I remember hearing something about it a while ago. I just watched the last episode. That's pretty good. I might have to get caught up.

I agree, there are definitely a lot of subject matter related references, and if you don't play you may not get it. I don't play MMO's myself but I at least have the RPG knowledge to get most of it. But in the end, as with any good comedy, it's strength is in the characterization. I think the dialogue coupled with each characters videogame related nature create some genuine comedy that even my anti videogame wife can enjoy.

But, it's not for everybody. Just thought I share a bit.
