Underneath the video box on youtube you can choose to have it posted on Facebook (and/or other places).

As I said before, select "share" and then choose "facebook" as you can see in the screenshot below.

another way is directly on your profile, where the status update is... you can click "add link" and attach... you can add a comment or just post it without
