View Full Version : Favorite Carb Breakfast
I'm keeping it cut and dry, like always.
No "none of the above" or "other" or "Pimb."
Pick ONE.
And live with it.

Madam, we must have waffles! We must all have waffles forthwith! We must all think, and we must all have waffles, and think each and every one of us to the very best of his ability....

Waffles stink!!!
In order of deliciousness: Crepes, Pancakes, FrenchToast.
Waffles are for kid touchers.
I would love to fall into a Crepe and Pancake coma with maple syrup and raspberries.. no butter.
I'm talking about going into an All-American diner and ordering breakfast.
You won't find any sissy food like crepes.
Crepes are for Frenchman and fruits.
Wait...that's redundant.

Waffles. Hands down. With some real maple syrup or homemade blueberry syrup. Throw in a side of bacon and its my ideal breakfast.

What about steel cut oats, Grandpa-vac? High in carb goodness with the added benefit of clearing out that standing
Ron roast you enjoyed in 1977.

i never liked pancakes much...until i developed my own recipe. now, i make the best pancakes of anyone you know. i don't make them often because i really shouldn't eat wheat, but they're fucking tremendous. there's nothing you can compare them to.

I'll always go with French Toast first, with bacon as a side. I love having sausage with breakfast, but there's a lot of places with shitty sausage, so bacon is the same bet.
I love pancakes, but its another hit or miss thing. Some places will have great ones, others will taste like shit.
French toast is always great.
