Help syncing Outlook with Simply Accounting...

I have followed all the directions, which are fairly straight forward but it doesn't matter what I do every time I click the Sync button in outlook it shuts down and restarts. All i want to do is import all my customers from Simply into Outlook.
I have tried googling every possible combination and just keep getting the same pages and none of them pertain to my problem.
I even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall Simply and I did a reinstall/repair of Outlook to no avail.
Anybody have any ideas short of blowing this thing up.

What year of Outlook?

Does the accounting software have a decent help file?

I will look around and see if I can find an answer.

Outlook 2007 and I have been thru every help file I can find in Simply.
I prob should still have some support left for the Office/Outlook since I just got it a couple of months ago so I may just have to break down and call them as much as I hate calling tech support lines.

I am not quite familiar with 07 Outlookbut I know from 03 that Outlook is quite stuborn. I am still looking into it for you.
