that's great. I checked out a lot of different types of Buddhism but ended up in a Zen group because of their stress on meditation. I was at a half day sit at Brooklyn's Fire Lotus Temple this morning. It has helped me a lot with some of the same stuff that Fez is dealing with. On an odd side note, Paul Giamatti was also there. I didn't know he is a Buddhist.
