For once, I did a smart thing. 3 days ago, I went to the Post Office website and bought 5 books of Forever stamps. I was running low anyway. I just found out that the rates are going up on Monday to 44 cents, but the Forever stamps will be honored because they have do denomination printed on them.
Cool! I also bought a bunch of Simpsons stamps on there as well.

Or you can use your savings to get a laptop you don't immediately sell for a loss.

5 ways blackbird could have better spent his $42:
1. Foot massage from an asian girl
2. 2 pairs of used white panties
3. A new piece of fad technology
4. Parking tickets
5. Medication for his Piss Worms

Yea because that's what I want. I want the Good Book looking back at me as I take some drunken skank from behind in the bathroom of a house party.

Uhhh.... mailing your bills and letters and cards employes people... I work at one of the companies that I have to pay my bills to, and I could easily drop the bills off for free in the billing office in my building, but I mail it because I want there to be jobs for people. Nice going guys! Hopefully, your own jobs dont get eliminated for such trivial crap.

Honestly, almost everyone I know pays their bills the old fashioned way, by writing a check and mailing it. I know only one or two people who pay their bills online. I have 2 bills I pay automatically, rest I mail with a check.

I bought one book of stamps the other day. After reading this thread and seeing the prices are going up again, I almost flew into a rage.
I now see I purchased forever stamps by accident. Now I'm quite pleased.
Quite a story, huh?

Unions and taxes have already forced all the jobs out of this country. Too late.

I work in a union place and I am in the union and if it was not for the union, I am pretty sure the company would outsource my job. So, don't knock all unions. As far as taxes go, keep electing Democrats!

Corporations left. Why? They are unpatriotic liberal controlled conglomerates out to establish a world government.
Or. Our high cost of living forced them to leave. Unless of course you would accept wages of one dollar a day.
