I know I'm not being sensitive to the obese but, oh my god, this picture creeps me out. Has anyone seen Oh Lucky Man! with Malcolm McDowell who escapes from a lab that turns people into sheep and cattle? this picture looks like a human head attached to a large farm animal like in the movie.
