Did becoming a parent make movies scarier

I used to watch scary movies with out a problem.

Now since i had Xander I hate watching scary movies.

They are actually really scary now.

and some scary games got worse.

Any one else like this?

No, but any movie or tv show where a kid gets sick makes me pretty uncomfortable.

not scary but like Ritalin said.. as soon as a kid is sick, gets hurt or dies it's an instant tear jerker

i still like scary movies, but i don't like anything involving children or rape. i don't find that entertaining at all. i can't watch CSI or any of those crime dramas because they all seem to be about one or the other.

Raising kids is scarier than any movie. Trust me.

Scary movies I'm still OK with. It's the movies and TV shows involving kidnapping that get to me a bit more these days.
