41 years old and just in September he was named the acting CFO. This story sounds really bad.

I cannot begin to understand the pressure he was under.

It's like when the guy from Enron offed himself.

The Kellermann home, which has two floors above ground and a three-car garage, sits on the corner of Raleigh Hill Road and Brittenford Drive in picturesque Hunter Mill Estates, a neighborhood of single-family homes outside of Vienna, just over the border from Reston. According to Fairfax County tax records, Kellermann's home is assessed at $898,440.

Yeah, poor him.

I don't think that's a fair comparison. Wasn't the guy from Enron facing criminal charges?

A House-related suicide?

Poor Kutner.

When is the rest of AIG's team going to follow suit?

Plus the damage from Enron was already done, and Enron was small, small potatoes compared to the housing meltdown.

What Enron did basically affected their employees. Freddie Mac affects a much bigger picture.

Easy. AIG's issues were from Financial Products bringing the rest of the company down. The majority of the people from Financial Products who caused this are no longer there.

Without going all the way back to Henry Cisneros, let us stay current. AIG could of dampened the economic impact on the company if appropriate actions had been taken sooner in their Financial Products division.

I'm not sure. I knew he was sort of a large key in their investigation, but not sure if he was facing charges.

I think both guys just realized what they've done and couldn't deal with the guilt. Cheney reportedly called them both "pussies".

Enron brought down Arthur Anderson which was one of the biggest accounting firms in the world, caused an energy crisis, led to the creation of Sarbanes - Oxley, exposed the fraud being perpetrated by Windstar, World Com, Tyco, etc. It effected a lot more people then just its employees.

Doubt it was suicide.

There were reports of no suicide note found at the scene (somehow found one later?) and the autopsy is supposedly going to take weeks to determine what killed him.

He was taken out by those in power in order take attention away from the elite and protect them from people finding out the truth.
