It is too close to the Office's format and specifically pacing to really be its own show. Especially this week with being surrounded by 2 Office episodes. Still, I thought it was pretty funny. Aziz's speech in the beginning was hilarious. But I don't see myself watching it in the future unless it gets more of its own identity.

I caught that too. I think she was pregnant the first half of the show. I watched on DVR and she drops 30lbs and her belly after she falls into that pit.

As others had said, this show really is just more of The Office with different characters in a different place, and if it's picked up it will not make sense for a film crew to be following these people for so long. It's been 5 years on The Office now? Maybe they need to introduce the people filming them and give some kind of reason for following them for so long.

So the guys who created the office can't do anything outside of the mockumentary thing? And that wasn't even their idea, they just took the ball from Gervais and Merchant who got their idea from Christopher Guest and Rob Reiner.

Aziz is the best thing on the show and the only person to make me laugh.

Here's the thing, since it's such an obvious Office ripoff: Steve Carell and Ricky Gervais are playing douches, but their characters and their performances showed something else. A depth.

I hate to say it, but I think Amy Poehler is the weak point of the show. Her character is so ridiculous and unbelievable, but the rest of the cast is hilarious. I love her boss, who hates government.

Comedian Louis C.K. is joining the cast of NBC's "Parks and Recreation" for a multi-episode arc. The stand-up will portray a Pawnee police officer and potential love interest for the character played by star Amy Poehler. the show started slow but I think it is hilarious now. the Will Arnett date episode was especially funny. I also liked the hunting trip episode and the shoeshine guy.

I find a serious issue with last night's episode that Chris is doing the ethic case against Leslie but nobody brings up that he is dating a subordinate's daughter. That seems 1 step away from being just as bad as what Leslie is doing.
