WHEN they make the Obama movie, there is no doubt Will Smith will play him. He has too much clout to get passed over for this. I mean, they let him play Ali, for Christ's sake.

WHEN they make the Obama movie, there is no doubt Will Smith will play him. He has too much clout to get passed over for this. I mean, they let him play Ali, for Christ's sake.

Unfortunately this most likely will be the case because they will want the biggest star power they can get. That annoys me though as the guy I mentioned, Harry Lennix, looks so much like Obama that I feel it should be a no brainer to cast him instead. Hell, the guy could pass for Obama's brother.

I'm with you. If the movie is to be any good at all, I think they would need to go with a lesser known actor, but that's just not the way Hollywood will see it.

I'm guessing the movie is gonna be a few years off anyway, we still have to see what kind of ending it will have...
