I realize the actual date is Sunday the fifth, but with it rapidly approaching us, it really is astounding to me that its been that long since it happened.
There aren't a lot of things that make me feel "old" since i'm still relatively young, but this one does.

Just thinking of Nevermind takes me back to when it first came out and playing it on my first CD player in my dorm room.

I dont think I ever heard of him til he died. Now I like his stuff.
Best promotional gimmick ever.
Absence does NOT make the heart grow fonder.

I was more into Nirvana than Pearl Jam back then. Now, I'm all about some Pearl Jam and Nirvana is just a grunge band to me. A GREAT grunge band, but a grunge band nonetheless.

I figured that was your angle ... I just really have a thing for defending Courtney Love. Sure, she fell off - but let's not forget how fucking hard she rocked before that. Her two good studio albums and "My Body the Hand Grenade" are still albums I listen to.

Hole was amazing for what it was.

I loved nirvana and the whole grunge revolution. But, now, when I look at Kurt's interviews on youtube, man did that guy come off as feminen. Never noticed it at the time.

Some of us noticed then and didn't care.

Love lost custody a year before Francis would turn 18? Interesting.
Is Francis dating an accountant??

I have camera blocking footage of HOLE when they were on SNL.
Courtney is/was shockingly insecure and argumentative. It went from being fun to watch, to downright unwatchable within 10 mins.
I can't imagine what it was like to grow up under Courtney's crazy thumbs.
Good luck, Francis Bean. Maybe you not hit a stripper-pole on your way to your new life.
