With Howard back in net i'm confident. Hopefully the team had a wake up call against El Salvador. Hejduk has been on a tear especially in MLS. The dude never stops working. We need Gooch back in the center. Califf blew his chance last weekend.
Prediction USA 2 Trinidad 0 Tobago 1.

1-0 USA. Several beautiful passes and a nice finish early in the game.

How exciting a player is Altidore? A teenager making this kind of impact in a qualifier. Its 2-0 now.

It could have been four too. Altidore missed what was essentially a tap in late in the first half. I hope we see him in June, the third against Costa Rica, and the sixth against Honduras. Wouldnt be a bad thing to see Honduras either hold that 0-0 tie they have going with Mexico in the first half of their game,or maybe even win it and give us a big lead in our division.

Starting Jozy was a good mood. They should try to give Freddie Adu more pitch time, too. Though Altidore seems to be a better player than Adu... Villarreal wouldn't deal him to Everton though interest was quite strong. I don't know if he is Lebron, but he is shaping up to be another Wayne Rooney.
Time will tell.
There again, if he gets more goals in international play, watch companies like Adidas trying to promote him is the Michael Jordan or Tiger Woods of American soccer.

Jozy uses his body to his advantage. Glad to see the US play well. The team seemed more confident with Howard in net.
FUCK YEAH! Mexico lost 3-1 to Honduras. I hate Mexico (even though I am Mexican-American).
