Looks like one of those "warning strokes".

reps for the actor reveal he has suffered "no impairment whatsoever" of his motor or speech abilities from the stroke.

That can actually be a good thing. My brother in law had one like that. He would never take care of himself or go to the doctor before that. Now he does.
