I actually used to eat a roasted veggie wrap at a deli near where I worked and I loved the peppers so much, I decided to buy some to add to my own sandwiches and they were just so bland that I was disappointed... so if I have to make an ultimate pick between the two... I have to go with the one that has always been good

I probably like both roasted peppers and sun dried tomatoes equallly, but if one has to vanish, keep the peppers because there are hundreds of other tomato variants that you could use instead.

I'm not completely against sun dried tomatoes, but they never did much for me. I know like 5 years ago or so I saw them blow up all over the place and people were throwing them in everything it seemed. I never dug them that much, but they are a little better in oil.

Hands down this contest goes to roasted red peppers. Good on subs, in salads or just on the side. Like them a lot.
